Through our consistent remote work strategy and our highly decentralized structure, we significantly minimize our ecological footprint. We systematically avoid CO2 emissions that would result from daily commuting and consciously refrain from maintaining energy-intensive open-plan offices. Our SaaS solution is also provided through modern, highly scalable, and energy-efficient cloud infrastructures.

Occupational safety and health protection: The physical and mental health of our team is our top priority. We interpret prevention and occupational safety in the context of a modern IT working world: As part of our New Work concept, we raise awareness and support our employees in ergonomically designing their home office workplaces.
